The objective of the course is to transfer the knowledge to administrate and manage the campaigns that will be used on throughout the company operations. It is important the control and knowledge of the AVAYA PBX, as some of the parameters will be directly bond to the administration of the Presence Suite.

It will be explained the three Outbound types and its characteristics, as well as the integration methods available. Those are the most important points for designing the campaigns.

Furthermore, the training module will be completed with the creation of other inbound channels, where they are to be applied into the production environment. Those additional channels are E-mail, Chat, Web Call-back, etc.
