Supervisor
This course intends to transmit all the knowledge on the service or campaign operation environment that is the company’s day-to-day business areas. Control and knowledge of the service are important. You will have the tools for operating and monitoring in real time the production environment for making decisions on campaign events.

Moreover, within the Supervisor module it is possible to analyze and listen the recordings underway, check the e -mails handled by the agents, the calls routed by the IR, follow up chat sessions in real time, develop scripts and search for previous contacts, including those on pending completion, etc. Summarizing, from the Supervisor the services will be controlled using the monitors and on-line statistics.
