The Scripting designing tool is meant to get into production, very quickly, the scripts to be used to collect the business information on either inbound or outbound campaigns. Nevertheless the scripting designer tool is targeting non technical personnel, which without high IT knowledge, will be able to design the scripts to meet the business customer requirements.
On the other hand, together with the Scripting module there are other tools that allow optimizing and reducing the contact handling times, as well as the steps to be taken in order to configure a new campaign.
