Presence Agent is the application used by the agents to connect to the Presence system.
After the connection to the Presence system has been established, the agents can start their work session in the different contact center services that have been configured, as well as handle and manage the contacts they receive through them (regardless of whether they are voice calls, e-mails or chat sessions).
This course is designed with the Train the trainer format. This means the person who attends to the training session will be able to train the final agents who will use the application.
