Presence Technology offers its customers different types of maintenance services, with packages that adapt to the customer's needs to guarantee a high-quality personalized service. The different types of maintenance are:
Standard maintenance: this includes the provision of standard services during the working day. Extended maintenance includes weekly services from Monday to Friday. 24x7 maintenance is a full-time service where a service contact is available the entire week and at any time.
The Presence maintenance service offers the customer many advantages: Updating of Licenses of new software versions acquired. The customer is able to have access to new previously acquired software versions without any additional cost. The technical department periodically publishes new product versions on the Presence Technology website. In addition, the customer will be able to receive a bulletin with the new product versions in their mailbox every time the technical department closes a new version.
Functional improvements are added to software acquired without any additional cost. Web Access to Technical and Functional Documentation. The customer will have a personal user ID given to them by the Presence technical department in order to consult all the manuals on solutions required (installation manuals, integration manuals, configurations manuals and user manuals).
