This union is one more step in the Presence Technology’s bet for the South African market

Presence Technology, the European CTI Software provider specializing in the optimization of Contact Center performance, has announced that it is to become part of the BPeSA (Business Process enabling South Africa). This association is the national coordinating body representing the interests of the Business Process Outsourcing & Offshoring sector in South Africa.

BPeSA aims to provide a national coordinated service to the industry and continue addressing key industry challenges including policy advocacy, encouraging and negotiating affordable telco pricing, rolling-out quality assurance framework, promoting partnerships, broadening talent pool amongst other things.  BPeSA’s main role is to develop and grow this industry to a point where it will become a significant contributor to the country’s Gross Domestic Product, through attracting foreign investment and through job creation. BPeSA is committed to promoting and supporting sustainable transformation in this rapidly developing sector, as well as fostering and recognizing service excellence at all levels.

Presence Technology has been betting for the South African market for years and the union to BPeSA means a new step in its consolidation in the Contact Center sector in this country. Presence has become a reference in the South African market, with a wide portfolio of clients, leaders into strategic sectors, as banking, insurances and distributors, among others.
