The event will be bringing together the most important firms in the Latin American contact center sector
Presence Technology, a European company that specializes in optimizing contact center performance, and Ápice, a supplier of Contact Center technology and one of its partners in Colombia, are sponsoring the sixth edition of the Andean Call Center, Contact Center and CRM Congress, which will take place next May 20, 21 and 22 in Bogota.
The Sixth Andean Call Center Congress, organized by the Colombian Association of Contact Centers, BPO and ACDECC, will bring together Latin America’s most important firms in the sector, which will have the chance to exchange their ideas on the best strategies for tackling the current situation.
In addition to sponsoring the Congress, Presence Technology and Ápice will be present at the fair as exhibitors in Stand 43. There visitors will be able to enjoy a live call center with cutting-edge technology. Ápice and Presence will be presenting the latest new features of the Presence Products suite, based on the concept of the Elastic Call Center, which offers a complete series of software solutions to manage customer service center operations.
More than 2,000 people are expected to be able to see for themselves the qualities of Presence’s technological tools as well as the operational capacity of Ápice, its partner. Both firms will demonstrate the functions of the Presence Scripting, Presence Intelligent Routing and Presence Screen Recording tools, the advantages of multi-channels and supervisors’ possibilities as the driving force behind Call Centers. |
