Presence Technology, a global provider of contact center software tools, and Infradapt, a leading provider of technology solutions, announce their joint participation in the Contact Center Management Conference & Expo. This event, one of the most established in the contact center industry, will take place June 1-3 in Austin, Texas.
The ICMI Contact Center Management Conference & Expo will provide seasoned industry professionals with practical, real-life solutions for their contact centers. The event is presented by the International Customer Management Institute (ICMI), one of the call center industry’s most respected organizations.
