Dynamicall Wins Peruvian Contact Centre Excellence Award Using Presence Technology Print Recommend to a friend

Dynamicall has been recognized as Best Outsourced Contact Centre

Dynamicall S.A.C, a Peruvian client of Presence Technology, was awarded the Contact Centre Excellence Award for Best Outsourced Contact Centre, presented by the Peruvian Association of Contact Centres (APECCO).

This recognition is awarded to companies that demonstrate outstanding performance in projects and strategies aimed at improving the company-customer relationship. The award categories this year were Best Human Capital Management and Best Outsourced Contact Centre. The latter category was awarded to Dynamicall for the success of the campaign: "Selling long distance plans to the Chilean market."  The selection process included a rigorous qualification by the jury established by APECCO and auditing the by the prestigious firm Price Water House Coopers.  APECCO, in their mission to encourage professionalization of the Peruvian contact centre industry, will continue the Contact Centre Excellence Award as an annual recognition. 

Dynamicall has used Presence Technology solutions in their contact centre since early 2011, resulting in significant improvements in contacts per hour and achievement of business objectives. To adapt to current contact center market trends and respond appropriately to the demands of discerning customers, Dynamicall implemented a self developed preview system, along with Presence Voice Outbound, Predictive Dialer, Presence Scripting, and Presence Recording.  Dynamicall improved productivity levels in their campaigns more than 23% in just one week after implementing Presence in its operations.
