Experts from both companies will host a conference in C3Africa MasterClass

Presence Technology, a global provider of Contact Centre software, and INOVO, a Contact Centre service provider, will sponsor Rod Jones MasterClass organized by C3Africa to enhance and share the Contact Centre industry knowledge. During the seminar, on 9th and 10th September, experts from Presence and Inovo will analyze the trends of the Contact Centre market.

Based on research of industry needs, the C3Africa Rod Jones MasterClass develops a knowledge packed two day seminar essential for all organisations considering setting up their own new call centre or seeking to increase the efficiency and the effectiveness of their existing operations.  The C3Africa MasterClass brings together key decision makers and influencers from within the South African Contact Centre Industry.
