VoIP2DAY, organized by Avanzada 7, is where the major players in the voice and video over IP industry come together

Presence Technology, a European company specializing in optimizing Contact Center performance, will be taking part in VoIP2DAY, which is being organized by Avanzada 7, with the conference ‘How to contend with Contact Center pandemics: Asterisk-based solutions’, to be offered on September 22 at 11.00 am by Alfredo González, Presence Technology’s Product Marketing Director.

VoIP2DAY was born in 2008 as an international meeting place for voice and video over IP in the Iberian market. The event is a yearly frame of reference for driving the growth of the cutting-edge local market at the international technological level. This gathering has become a must for all sector professionals interested in updating their telephony and videoconference systems’ technology.

This technological meeting, which is being held at the same time as the SIMO fair, is dedicating its first workshop to the world of Call Centers. On September 22, Alfredo González will be offering a conference to explain how to use Asterisk-based solution to contend with Contact Center pandemics.

‘Asterisk is a flexible and economical environment that allows for swift implementation and adaptation to any type of environment or situation’, explains González. ‘During the conference we will show how Contact Center firms can implement contingency plans to minimize the impact of the possible effects of unforeseen large-scale situations by using Asterisk-based alternatives’, adds Presence Technology’s Product Marketing Director.
