Presence Technology and Digitex offer a Business Breakfast to explain their case of success

Presence Technology, a European company specialized in optimizing Contact Center performance, and Digitex, company dedicated to outsourcing services, organize a Business Breakfast on September 24 in Madrid, entitled ‘A Successful Contact Center’. During the talk they will explains the keys of their case of success managing Contact Centers.

This meeting is aimed to responsible for management, operations and technology of customer service centers. In the event, Juan Pedro Lopez, Technology and Systems Director of Digitex, will explain his experience managing different environments in the Contact Center. He will speak about the rental solutions as a model of controlled investment. He will also present the advantages of working in distributed environments and will explain how to organize a Contact Center with multi platform technology.

The outsourcing services Digitex offers to their clients are divided into four different areas: front office, back office, IT processes and added value integrated services. It is committed on developing and implementing its own technologies to handle technical customer support services as well as business processes, such as PO management and collections.
