Presence Technology, a global CTI software provider specializing in the optimization of a Contact Center’s performance, has named John Franco as Executive Vice President for North America. With this strategic hire, Presence Technology raises the bar in its efforts to expand its market share in the region.

Prior to joining Presence, Mr. Franco, a twenty year industry veteran, served as Vice President of Contact Center Sales at GMT Corporation and, earlier, as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at SGS, Inc.. Presence Technology will leverage his extensive business and sales management experience and in-depth knowledge of the contact center space to achieve its goal of becoming the most respected and most widely used global provider of contact center software tools.
