AstriCon is one of the biggest events that gathers together the main providers and developers of the Open Source Asterisk platform
Presence Technology, a global CTI software provider specialized in optimizing the performance of Contact Centers, will take part in the AstriCon conference that will take place the October 13th, 14th, 15th, October in Glendale, Arizona, at the Renaissance Glendale Hotel and Spa.
Presence Technology will have a booth at the tradeshow (booth no. 410), where it will introduce the latest developments in its All-in-one suite, based on the ‘Elastic Call Center’ concept. The suite offers a series of software solutions for managing customer service center operations.
This year Presence Technology will have a special free business consulting offer for the AstriCon attendees. The company will offer a free trial of its consulting services to show the opportunities to increase the efficiency in the Contact Center and at the same time improve the quality of the service.
Presence Technology will also take part in the conferences. The Founder and Executive Vice President of Business Development of Presence Technology, Jose Luis Castaños, will give a conference on October 14th entitled: "Contact Center: how to reduce costs using Asterisk as an Open all in one".
AstriCon is the official conference of the Asterisk community and offers a wealth of information connected with this IP Open Source telephony platform. The conference is addressed to developers, final consumers and distributors. This fair will include several conferences, seminars and workshops related to the Asterisk world. The premises will also enable the assistants to get to know first-hand the main companies providing Asterisk platform related solutions.
The objective of AstriCon 2009 is to bring together the main different ranges of Asterisk based products and to get to know the latest innovations related to that platform. This year, the AstriCon will also include celebrations towards the tenth anniversary of Asterisk's release as an open source project. This Digium sponsored event is in its sixth year, and is stated to be rich with content for Asterisk software developers, Digium's channel and technology partners, and business users from small, medium and large companies.
