The Founder and EVP of Business Development of the company will explain how to reduce cost using Asterisk as an Open all-in-one
Presence Technology, a global CTI software provider specialized in optimizing the performance of Contact Centers, will take part in the AstriCon 2009, and its Founder and EVP of Business Development, Jose Luis Castaños, will give a conference on October 14th entitled: “Contact Center: how to reduce costs using Asterisk as an Open all in one”.
Astricon, that will take place the 13th, 14th and 15th of October in Glendale –Arizona-, is the official conference of the Asterisk community and offers a wealth of information connected with this IP Open Source telephony platform. This event brings together providers and developers of several countries, and will provide a range of conferences, seminars, workshops and an exhibition site that allows the visitors to know firsthand the main companies and developers that provide solutions supporting the Open Source PBX Asterisk.
In his conference, Jose Luis Castaños will show how an Asterisk based all-in-one solution is the most beneficial alternative for today’s Contact Center needs.
