The company will offer a conference during the First National Congress of Credit and Collection, sponsored by Presence Technology

During the First National Congress of Credit and Collection, Bouncopy, a Spanish multinational company specialized in service and telephone sales, is going to explain the improvements made in collection management as a result of the technology of Presence Technology. The Collection Director of Bouncopy will offer a conference during this congress, to be held on November 4 and 5 at Meliá Castilla Hotel.

Presence Technology is one of the sponsors of this event, which for the first time is going to take place in Spain, and will gather the leaders of the Spanish market in credit and collection management. The company that provides solutions for Contact Center will have also a stand (No 11) in the Congress, where the latest innovations of their All-in-One products’ suite will be exhibited.

The conference offered on November 5 by Marisa Sánchez Fernández, Collection Director of Bouncopy, is devised as part of the activities of the congress. During her presentation, she will describe the enhancements made to her Contact Center platform in the area of collections management, through process automation and unification of data access brought about by Presence Technology software.

“The need to increase productivity in collection services and to unify and regulate the interactions between clients, were the main requirements we considered when we chose Presence Technology for our Contact Center,” Sánchez Fernández explains.
