The company participates for the ninth year in the largest national meeting for professionals in the Call Center and CRM Solutions
Presence Technology, a European company providing All-In-One solutions for Contact Centers, will participate in the next edition of the Call Center and CRM Solutions and will do a real time Live demonstration of its tools in a Call Center. Also, Presence will host a conference to analyze the different alternatives to get technology for a Contact Center.
The meeting, organized by IFAES, brings together the top professionals of the technology and service companies in the sector and will take place on the 2nd and 3rd of December at the Palacio Norte of the Feria de Madrid. Presence Technology will be in the stand B-35 and once again, it will co-sponsor the event.
The attending will have the opportunity to see the operation of Presence solutions, which recently released version 8 of its suite of products, in the Live Call Center (Rooms N109-N110). Addressing different aspects such as monitoring a call center, management surveys and resource optimization Outbound campaigns. In addition, visitors can discover how unified administration in a Contact Center can dramatically improve the business.
Furthermore, on 3 December at 11am., Alfredo Gonzalez, Product Marketing Director of Presence Technology, will give a conference freely accessible. He will review the guidelines for selecting the best model for acquisition of Call Center infrastructure. Also, he will show different scenarios for the audience to identify which best fits their business model. |
