Both companies became technical partners to improve their customer service
Presence Technology is a European company dedicated to supplying All-in-one Solutions for Contact Centers. Quarea, specializes in providing companies with open platform data and voice Solutions. Both companies recently signed a strategic agreement to sell, implement and maintain their Solutions, improving their service throughout Spain.
This agreement allows both companies to better serve their clients by installing the highest technology for Call Centers Solutions. Asterisk, an extremely powerful yet flexible, open source PBX engine, is used by both Presence OpenGate and Quarea. In the US, this solution recently received the Product of the Year award. Additionally, full integration with the Presence suite reduces the necessary investment costs for developing a multichannel contact center solution.
