The companies have organized a Business Breakfast in the Data Center of COLT

Presence Technology is a European company dedicated to supplying All-in-one Solutions for Contact Centres. Quarea, specializes in providing companies with open platform data and voice Solutions, and COLT, European provider of solutions for datacenter and Cloud Computing. The companies have organized a Business breakfast that will give the advantages of the Hosted Contact Center. 

The event, titled “Hosted Solutions for Call Center: You would be interested, if you are looking for to seeing benefits from day one,” will take place in Madrid on May 12th, 2010. During the seminar we will discuss Cloud computing issues, Contact Center hosted platforms and High Quality Hosting Platforms.

Alejandro Fuster, Marketing Director of Midsize Business Division at COLT Spain; Enric Alsina, Business Director of Quarea; and Alfredo Gonzalez, Product Marketing Director of Presence Technology, will be in charge of analyze the trends in the Contact Center industry. At the end of the seminar, the attendance will have the opportunity to visit the Data Center of COLT, one of the best Call Centres in Europe.
