Orizonia chooses Presence Technology to enhance its customer service |

More than 300 agents of Viajes Iberia, Iberojet, Viva Tours, Solplan, Kirunna and Cóndor Contact Centers will work with Presence solutions
Presence Technology, a worldwide software provider of All-in-One solutions for Contact Centers, has been chosen by Orizonia, Spanish tourist sector leader, to enhance its customer service.
