Unísono Soluciones de Negocio, Xtra Telecom and Presence Technology will launch a live hosted customer service platform
Cloud Contact Center, agents who telecommute from their homes, hosted Contact Centers... These are concepts more and more widespread in the Contact Center and customer service industry, but they are still concepts and it is difficult even to imagine them. For the first time at the Customer Relationship + Call Center Trade Show, three companies get together to show a hosted contact center platform with real agents working from IFEMA (Feria de Madrid), thanks to Unísono Soluciones de Negocio, Xtra Telecom and Presence Technology.
During its 13th edition, Customer Relationship + Call Center Trade Show (December 1st and 2nd) complements its traditional content with a new approach to an area of increasing interest for businesses and contact centers: customer service. Thus, during the Customer Relations Conference will be discussed some topics such as social media, loyalty, customer 2.0 or business intelligence.
