Both companies became partners to improve their customer service
Presence Technology announced that company EVP for Caribbean and Latin America Carlos Martinez will be presenting Presence Technology as a new option to Optimize Contact Center and Customer Service departments in Peru. The Cocktail “We can optimize your Contact Center for you” will be held on September 16th, 2010 the JW Marriot Hotel in Lima, Peru.
Attendees will leave the cocktail enriched with a deepened understanding of how to improve and embrace the latest technology available in the market, using, in some cases, their current resources and strategies within their organization.
