Both companies recently signed a strategic agreement to sell, implement and maintain platforms like OpenGate, Cisco, Ericsson and Asterisk, among others.

This agreement allows Grupo Nexel to sell, serve, support and maintain Presence Solutions for Contact Centers. Grupo Nexel’s highly experienced team will provide the best service to support the platforms previously mentioned. This approach will reinforce Presence Technology’s market segment in Central and Northwestern Spain.
