Presence Technology Renews its Alliance with the AEECCC |

For another year, Presence Technology will provide sector training through working breakfasts with its “Energy for your Processes” training sessions
For the second year running, Presence Technology, a European CTI software provider specialized in optimizing Contact Center performance, has announced that it will provide training sessions for Contact Center professionals. This initiative, endorsed by the AEECCC (Spanish Association of Customer Contact Centers) and which proved to be a great success in 2007, aims to streamline and support the sector.
Presence Technology will continue to run its working breakfast training program, which will focus this year on “Energy for your Processes”. The aim of these events is to provide attendees with theoretical and practical training in order to work in different areas of the Contact Center.
The working breakfasts will be held in Madrid throughout 2008. Professionals working in the sector will be able to attend free of charge. Each event will last two hours and will be attended by experts from different fields of Customer Service Centers, who will provide theoretical and practical insight by discussing examples of successful case studies which have generated added value.
The first breakfast will take place on February 7th in Madrid and will examine “The World of Asterisk: The Reality of a Platform with 300 positions”. This session will tackle topics such as the planning, software, hardware and architecture required for this platform.
The following working breakfasts will be held: on February 17th, “Elastic Centers: Asterisk at the Center of Operations”; on July 10th, with a practical session, “Economic Analysis of the Different Models for Purchasing Technology Tools”; and on October 2nd, “How to Personalize Customer Service”.
In addition to these working breakfasts, throughout the year a number of different user case studies will be examined, where different companies can share their experiences, strategies and technological solutions with others who have improved the way in which they provide their service.
