Presence Technology, a global CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) software provider that specializes in maximizing Contact Center performance, has named Onno van Dommelen as its Product Director. The main purpose of this position is to strengthen the company's differentiation technology, as well as establish and develop technical alliances while creating a roadmap of the company’s product suite.

With 20 years of experience in the technology industry for multinational companies in the regions of EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa), America and Pacific Asia, Onno Van Dommelen comes to Presence with a long record of awarded product development and successfully executed projects. He has proven knowledge in the fields of product and program management, the management and cycle of software life, software engineering methodologies, quality processes, programming language and software architecture.

Before joining Presence, van Dommelen acted as VP of Technology at Scytl, the leading provider in the development of safe electronic voting solutions. It was his responsibility to define the company’s IT (Information Technology) strategy. Previously, van Dommelen occupied various directive positions in companies such as Mecalux, ImmoStreet.com, Roos Bedrijfsautomatisering and Volvo Nederland, among others.

Onno van Dommelen is a software engineer who graduated from the Open University of Holland. He is also a member of the Spanish Association of Computing Engineers (ATI), the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM).
