In Madrid on March 13, companies Golden Line and Presence Technology will present a case in which the Open Source platform led to success
Presence Technology, a European CTI (Computer Technology Integration) software provider specialized in optimizing Contact Center performance, will continue its breakfast training program, “Energy for your processes.” The goal of the next session is to provide attendees with a practical focus on the reality of a Contact Center using CTI solutions that involve high-value technology, along with an Open Source Asterisk switchboard.
Golden Line, an outsourcing company with centers in Barcelona and Chile, chose Presence’s Asterisk-platform solution, Presence OpenGate, for the technological renovation of its Contact Center. Toni Gámez, the company’s systems director, will share his experience as a user of these solutions with those attending the business breakfast.
The business breakfast, “Golden Line, the reality of an Asterisk platform,” will take place in Madrid on March 13. Spaces are limited and attendance is free for professionals within the sector.
