Presence Technology, European CTI (Computer Technology Integration) software provider specialized in optimizing Contact Center performance, announces that it will team up with Insa, IT services company of IBM Spain, to participate in the annual SICARM 08 forum (Information Society, Region of Murcia), which will take place May 21 and 22 in the Murcia Auditorium and Convention Center.

Through their participation in this technological fair, in which new technologies from the Computing and Telecommunications sectors will be both analyzed and experimented with, Presence Technology and Insa will consolidate their alliance to strengthen the use of technology in SMEs throughout the Murcia Region.

Presence Technology will support its partner, Insa, during the entrepreneurial event in exhibiting the Presence OpenGate suite, a complete and flexible Contact Center solution based on the open-source Asterisk platform, which adjusts to the individual needs of each and every client. Presence OpenGate combines the best of state-of-the-art technology with flexible sales models that adapt perfectly to SME infrastructures and business models.

SICARM is an annual forum that has taken place in the Region of Murcia since 2001. Its purpose is to contribute to the Region’s effective incorporation into the Information Society, introducing new technology and services.
