Presence Technology, a global CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) software provider that specializes in maximizing Contact Center performance, has named Alfredo González as Product Marketing Director.

Alfredo González is working to solidify Presence Technology’s standing among leading companies in the Contact Center industry.

With broad experience in the information technology sector, Alfredo González provides the company with a global vision of the marketplace, broad industry knowledge and a successful international career in the Contact Center environment. Before joining Presence, Alfredo González worked for the North American multinational Sitel, serving in positions at different levels of responsibility which included Director of R&D, Director of Infrastructures for EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), and Technology Manager in the Sitel Iberia division. In addition, he has worked for the Open Systems Group and InfoGlobal.

Alfredo González arrived at Presence in June and says that he has entered this new phase of his career with much enthusiasm. “Presence Technology is a great company that provides so many opportunities, with a future that is truly inspiring. I’m going to work hard with the entire team to transform Presence into a global model for Contact Centers", he says.

In the United States, Alfredo González earned a degree in Computer Science from the Saint Louis University and became a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Since then, he has furthered his professional career by acquiring experience from some of the industry's leading companies.
