Presence Technology, a global CTI software company, specialised in optimising the efficiencies of Contact Centers, is holding, in collaboration with the Spanish Association of Experts in Contact Centers (AEECC), the third edition of the working breakfast entitled "Energy for your processes".

Alfredo González Quintana, Product Marketing Director of Presence Technology, will undertake an economic analysis of the different purchasing models for technology in the context of Contact Centers.  Mr. González will review current purchasing models and the various options available, the advantages and disadvantages for each, and will present an analysis of the costs for Contact Centers.  In addition, he will present a practical case illustrating an analysis of the tools best suited to a given situation.

The event is scheduled for October 2nd in Madrid and will feature a number of notable experts in the Call Center sector.
