The firms sign a collaborative agreement to provide comprehensive and flexible alternatives for Contact Centers with the Presence OpenGate suite

Presence Technology, a European CTI software provider specialised in optimising Contact Center performance, has announced that Select*, a firm specialised in advanced communication services, will distribute the Presence OpenGate solution based on the Asterisk platform.

Select* offers solutions for the integration of systems for customer care.  Given the different needs of its clients, Select* has chosen Presence OpenGate as its key Contact Center solution, given its high flexibility when implementing leading edge technology, and full scalability without costly infrastructure investments.

Select* has a team of expert professionals in the Presence OpenGate solution who provide client support and also work on joint projects, with the aim of maximising the efficiency and quality of company relationships with their clients.
