Tradyso and Unísono Soluciones de Negocio Win Top Accolades at the CRC Awards for Excellence in Spanish Customer Contact Centers
Tradyso, a hotel distribution company, and Unísono Soluciones de Negocio, a leading multinational company in the field of Outsourcing Solutions, have been awarded the top prizes at the 2008 CRC Golden Awards, part of the 11th Contact Center and CRM Solutions Conference. Both companies use Presence Technology software in their Contact Centers.
The CRC Golden Awards give recognition to the quality scores of customer relations management systems used by large Spanish companies, and the prizes are awarded based on an assessment carried out by Izo System in collaboration with the Spanish Association of Customer Contact Centers (AEECCC) and the International Faculty for Executives (IFAES). Award winners were selected from a group of large companies following an evaluation of their scores for management quality, assessed based on the opinions of more than 6,500 end clients and more than 2,000 employees.
This year, the Sol Meliá Reservations Center, managed by Tradyso, was judged the best center in Spain and awarded the CRC Gold Award for the Best Customer Relations Center. It also won the prize in the best multi-sector solutions category. Tradyso works with Presence, using the company’s solutions to equip its contact centers with tools to facilitate customer services in all areas.
Unísono, a leading multinational company specializing in Outsourcing Solutions, won the 2008 CRC Golden Award for Best Customer Services Outsourcer. Unísono has been using the solutions offered by Presence Technology for several years to guarantee the best possible service for its customers. Presence Technology’s products provide Unísono with an easy-to-use, quick-to-implement tool capable of fully exploiting the switchboards which the company has in its platforms.
Unísono also won a further three CRC Gold Awards for Best Outsourced Customer Services Operations in three different categories: Best Customer Strategy, Best Customer Services Operations, and Best Energy Operations.
