Presence Technology, a European provider of CTI software and specialist in Contact Center performance optimization and the Spanish operation of Red Hat (NYSE: RHT), the world's leading provider of open source solutions, announced today that Presence Technology has joined the Red Hat Ready Partner Program in Spain.

Presence Technology is a global software company that delivers a complete solution suite to contact centers. Its customer focus has led Presence to develop solutions adapted specifically to supervisor and end-user needs.  Capable of working with any telephony system, Presence OpenGate, is based on the Open Source Asterisk switch which has been optimized by Presence Technology to improve the Contact Center performance, stability and availability.
