The conference will bring together the top sales representatives in the sector

The annual conference, scheduled for 18 and 19 January in Dallas, Texas, will bring together the top sales representatives in the sector.

Presence Technology will have a stand at the fair (stand no. 511), where it will introduce the latest developments in its product suite, based on the “elastic call centre” concept. The suite offers a series of software solutions for managing customer service centre operations.
