According to the 2011 Contact Centre Technology Research Report released by BPeSA and Contact Industry Hub, Presence Technology Dialler is the leading such technology in the South African Contact Centre market. The majority of Call Centres surveyed in the report indicated that the Presence Dialler, in conjunction with Presence Voice Outbound, is being utilized to conduct outbound campaigns, overtaking the rest of providers and In-House solutions.
