The integrated services company has installed Presence Outbound and Presence Scripting in its Contact Centers
ActivEX, an integrated services company offering telephone and promotions customer care, has opted for Presence Technology solutions to optimize the performance of its platforms and enhance the service it offers its clients. The alliance between Presence Technology and Select*, a company specializing in advanced communications services, was a decisive factor in the deal between the companies.
ActivEX aims to optimize the resources of its clients in their non-core activities by offering, for example, integrated call center services. ActivEX has chosen Presence Technology's solutions under Asterisk's open source platform.
The solution in question is the progressive implementation of Presence Outbound for outbound calls to arrange appointments with the end user. Additionally, the company has chosen Presence Scripting for developing data collection scripts, a powerful visual tool that supervisors can use to create and configure new campaigns, implementing service scripts and arguments.
