  • Extended Hours: includes work week services and support from Monday to Friday.
  • Round the Clock- 24x7x365: this includes full-time service and support available at any time day or night, every day, 365 days a year.
  • • Our maintenance contract offers your contact centers all the advantages. We will also update your licenses as new software versions are released. Our customers are able to access updates on previously acquired software versions without additional cost. Ask us how today!
