What we are looking for

• Presence Technology is looking for an Asterisk Specialist Systems Engineer or equivalent.

Experience

• At least three years of working experience in this area.

• Fluent in English
• Help Desk experience
• Asterisk knowledge and experience
  - Sip /Iax Trunks  
  - Dahdi/Digium Cards
  - Dialplan

• VoIP Knowledge and experience
  - Wireshark Logs Analisis
  - Troubleshooting with VoIP issues
• Avaya knowledge
• Oracle /MSSQL knowledge
