Seeking experienced inside sales, teleprospecting and lead generation professional for newly created position.

The inside sales representative will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the team to grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction. As an inside sales representative, you will primarily be speaking to potential customers over the phone by calling phone numbers from a list of contacts.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in selling Contact Center software solutions, be willing and able to cold call, build and grow a channel, manage a discovery process, forecast deals correctly and close business. The candidate must also have strong written and verbal communication skills with experience communicating at all levels of client organizations as well as internally across functional areas of the business.

- Develop new sales leads.
- Cold Call Prospects (6-8 hours of prospecting activity, or 20 calls per day), providing product and technical information.
- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
- Prepare sales presentations by compiling data, developing presentation formats and materials.
- Properly document in CRM all call and opportunity activity on a daily basis to retrieve customer information, the status of purchase orders and to make changes on customer purchase orders.
- Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items.
- Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor scheduled delivery dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
- Pipeline/Forecast – Setup and maintain customer files.
- Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team.
- Assemble marketing campaigns (in coordination with Marketing Department) for lead generation.
- Maintain proficiency in using personal computer and other common office equipment and software.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Supervised by Sales Manager.
- Past employment could include: Avaya, Cisco, Alcatel-Lucent.
