What we are looking for

  • An individual to join our Operations/Professional Services department in Madrid (Spain).


Description

The following describes the tasks that will be carried out by the Project Manager when deploying our solution. These tasks will be performed directly or through our Partner network.

  • Manage Presence Suite deployment projects:
    - Manage human, material and technical resources inside projects.
    - Ensure a successful Project in terms of scope, time, budget and quality.
    - Create scope of tasks for all customizations need to satisfy customer requirements (Statement of Work).
    - Manage providers.
    - Projects follow-up: planning, tasks assignment, priorities management, risks management, change management.
    - Support Presales team through professional services analysis for offers that need it.
    - Report customer about Project status, ensuring that all agreed requirements are met.
    - Create all Project documentation / deliverables (meeting minutes, UAT, etc.).
  • Provide Presence suite training to customers as part of deployment process.
  • Perform all changes/customizations needed by module following designed solution.

    In order to develop these functions, the Project Manager will liaise with the following departments:
    - Sales: support during offers elaboration.
    - Engineering: identify improvements that can be included in future versions of Presence Suite or workarounds to meet some Project requirements.
    - Support: handover of all Project documentation to Support after Project is finished.
    - Marketing: case studies elaboration using Project experiences.


Minimum Requirements


  • Telecommunications or Computer Engineer.
  • Technical Certifications (both or one of the two):
    - Current dCAP or demonstrable skills with Asterisk.
    - Avaya: Admin and Management of ACD.
  • Languages: Spanish and English: both fluent (conversation and written). Candidates without this requisite will not be evaluated.
  • Skills: Corporate PBX and/or Contact Center Project management experience (Asterisk or Avaya). Certification in Project Management will be a plus.
  • Availability to travel (Spain and abroad).
  • Proactive, self-confident, independent individual with initiative and “can-do” attitude.


Desired Skills

  • Knowledge and/or experience with (a certification on any of these items will be a plus):
    -Networks.
    -DB (Oracle, MySQL and/or MsSQL Server).
    -Avaya PBX (including ACD).
  • Other vendors CTI or ACD solutions (Altitude, Genesys, Voxeo, etc.).
